I have specialised in Aircooled VW's for over 20 years & have refined this car to drive beautifully.
It now has a sweet running 1600cc twin port engine bolted to the super smooth semi auto "stickshift" gearbox.
Super easy to drive, 2 pedals, brake & throttle with an automatic clutch.
2 main forward gears for low & high speed. It all works perfectly.
Runs & drives lovely being standard ball joint front beam & IRS rear. A factory disc brake setup on the front.
Imported from the USA & I can't see any welding that has been done.
Lovely interior with receipt for over £900.
Lots of mechanic work done, all vacuum hoses replaced.
It has new seat belts in the front to replace the original static ones.
Receipt for exhaust for £500, still has working heat exchangers.
